During this phone call, Victoria will get the chance to hear a bit of your story, what you are looking for in therapy, and answer any questions you may have. If you determine that she is not the right match, she will offer several referrals for you to reach out to.

60 minute individual telehealth sessions focused on addressing various mental health issues and life stressors. Victoria utilizes a person-centered approach, meaning that the full hour is dedicated to what you are needing at that time. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple therapeutic techniques, but primarily using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

55 minutes | $125

The gold standard for treating obsessive-compulsive disorder. Together with Victoria, you will learn to identify your triggers, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and feared outcomes. You will learn how to retrain your brain to no longer fear your thoughts through exposure based practices. Victoria will be there to walk you through each step of the process. ERP can easily be conducted through virtual sessions.
